TELES launches Unified Communications Platform in Liechtenstein

Berlin/Vaduz, 7 September 2015. With TELES AG's Unified Communications (UC) system, the convergent full-service provider Telecom Liechtenstein AG has successfully migrated their 26-year-old TDM network to a pure all IP network. The full-service provider has its own mobile network and provides bundle products of fixed network, mobile telephony, Internet and TV. The portfolio of the first convergent full-service provider in Liechtenstein also includes cloud solutions and ITC services.

“We are now taking the next important step – almost exactly one year after Telecom Liechtenstein and mobilkom liechtenstein merged to become a convergent provider – to ensure a solid future not only for our company, but for Liechtenstein as a location. The TELES solution not only improves our quality, it benefits customers by developing and providing new, convergent services faster“, explains Mathias Maierhofer, Management Chairman at Telecom Liechtenstein AG. “Customer reorganization has already been completed. The error and malfunction rate was well below one percent.“

Oliver Olbrich, Co-CEO of the TELES board, was more than satisfied with this development. “With Telecom Liechtenstein we have gained yet another outstanding reference for our Unified Communications system in the German-speaking region.“
